Onboarding

Two Weeks, Four Steps, And We Do The Work

This is not out-of-the-box software your team adapts to. It's molded to how your campaign already works. You are not handed a login and wished luck. You send us your exports; we import, de-duplicate, tag, and build the segments, then train your team on the workspace they'll actually use.

01

Kickoff and access

One call to map the race, then your private workspace and accounts for the team.

02

Data import

You send exports. We map columns, validate, de-duplicate, build the tagging structure, and stand up your working segments.

03

Email setup

Sending domain configured and authenticated, reusable templates built, test sends verified with your team before anything goes live.

04

Training and launch

A walkthrough of contacts, segments, email, and reporting, then live support on your first real send.

Timeline assumes list exports and account access arrive on schedule. After launch, day-to-day support is part of the engagement: emails, reporting, list cleanup, and the questions that come up at 9pm.

Quiet By Design

Three Assistants With Zero Autonomy

They draft, answer, and stage. A person on your team decides. Nothing in Project Red sends, publishes, or changes because software felt like it. The approval gate is the feature, not the fine print.

Data Assistant

Answers questions about your data in plain English

Ask for a list, a summary, or a report and it builds the spreadsheet or PDF from your records.

Your data only; nothing leaves your workspace

Email Assistant

Drafts campaign email and proposes the audience

You get a draft and a suggested segment. Your team edits, approves, and sends when it's right.

Drafts only; it cannot send

Website Assistant

Stages site content changes on a private preview link

Copy fixes, new pages, and refreshes show up as a preview you can read before anyone sees it.

Nothing publishes until you approve

Ownership

Your Data Stays Yours

  • We work with Republican campaigns only, so your file never sits next to your opponent's.
  • You own your contacts, donors, volunteers, and content. The platform is licensed to you; your data is never sold.
  • Lists and files you provide are used solely to serve your campaign, never for another client or another race.
  • Every consequential action is approved by a person on your team. No email sends itself; no page publishes itself.
  • Cancel with 14 days' written notice. On the way out we hand back your data and help transfer your accounts and domain.

Straight Answers

What Project Red Doesn't Do.

  • ·We don't take both sides of a race. If we're already working in yours, we'll tell you on the first call.
  • ·We don't file your FEC or state reports. We track the deadlines; the filings stay with your treasurer and counsel.
  • ·We don't process donations. Your own processor does that; we read the contribution history and keep it attached to the right record.
  • ·We don't guarantee an election result, a vote total, or a turnout number. Anyone who does is selling you something else.
  • ·We're not your lawyer, accountant, or treasurer, and we don't take over your website unless you ask us to build it.

Next Step

Bring Us Your Messiest Spreadsheet

Tell us the office, the calendar, and what you're using now. We'll walk you through the workspace with your own data in it, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
