A Field Program The Campaign Could Actually See

Voter files, volunteer lists, email, hosting, fundraising, endorsements, and field programs lived in separate tools. We consolidated them into one workspace, put every volunteer under an assigned captain, and built Walk Your Street, a gated portal where approved supporters claim a turf, walk it, and report back to their captain and precinct chair.

Fragmented Lists Turned Into One Relationship Database

Donors, activists, volunteers, endorsers, precinct chairs, and event attendees were spread across files nobody had reconciled. We built one relationship database, with duplicates reconciled, sources preserved, and incomplete records flagged, then a structured email workflow, and deliberately deferred every integration until the data underneath was stable.

Where it stands

An active implementation, not an election result. The workspace now carries the campaign's data and communications into the November general.

Pilot campaign

A Local Race Running Like It Had A Technology Department

A school-board campaign with no technical staff needed a website, supporter records, volunteer recruitment, endorsements, donations, and early-voting communications. All of it ran from one place, with test sends reviewed before anything went out, which took them from a strategy call to a supporter email the same day.

Result

Won its May 2026 election by a wide margin. Feedback from this pilot shaped the deployments for the larger races that followed.
